About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our core AI team. You'll design, build, and deploy production ML models that power CrespoAI's predictive analytics engine — serving insights to 2,400+ teams worldwide. This is a high-impact role where your models directly drive customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement production ML pipelines processing 1M+ events per second Build and optimize predictive models for revenue forecasting, churn detection, and anomaly detection Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business problems into ML solutions Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our engineering culture Drive technical architecture decisions for our ML infrastructure Publish research and represent CrespoAI at industry conferences

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML research Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL Experience deploying ML models at scale in production environments Solid understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply

Nice to Have

PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Experience with real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Flink) Published papers in top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) Prior experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
