CrespoAI provides an AI-powered intelligence platform that transforms business data into actionable decisions. Our services include predictive modeling, workflow automation, and data analytics tools provided through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform or any part thereof.
Using scraping, data mining, or similar data extraction tools without express permission.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or infrastructure.
Distributing malware, viruses, or any other destructive code.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
CrespoAI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all associated intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all data you upload or transmit through the Service. Fees for the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our pricing policies. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. For enterprise customers, a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request to govern the processing of personal data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrespoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County.
